Most customers buy on WhatsApp or phone and collect from our showroom. We will confirm availability and keep the item ready for you.

Delivery

Delivery in and around Patna, and courier shipping to other places, can be arranged for many items. Charges and timelines depend on the product, weight and location, and are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Check on receipt

Please check the product and its seals in front of the delivery person or at the counter. Report any transit damage or missing items to us the same day, with photos or a short video of the unboxing, so we can resolve it quickly.

Payment

Payment options, including UPI, cards and EMI where available, are explained when you place your order. Orders are confirmed only after we confirm price, availability and payment terms with you directly.
